Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for digital courses and within 3 days of delivery for physical materials.
For digital courses, refunds are eligible if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
For physical materials, products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the approval date.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
